While the items you receive will closely resemble those shown on our website, each piece is one-of-a-kind, and no two are exactly the same. As vintage items, each has its own unique history, adding to its charm and character.
Our ‘Original’ products have been handcrafted and hand-finished using traditional techniques, and are of considerable age. Minor variations in size, design, and finish are part of the natural beauty and individuality of these pieces, and are not considered defects. These small imperfections only enhance the unique appeal of each item.

Please be aware that an additional freight charge applies to all large furniture pieces due to the necessity of using a specialised carrier for delivery. Please note: Oversized furniture purchases made online will incur an additional freight charge. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with a shipping quote. You are also welcome to collect larger items in person from our store. If you choose this option, please liaise with us in advance to coordinate time frames and logistics.
We do not offer refunds for furniture purchased in-store or online, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will first attempt to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, a store credit or refund will be issued. If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs for returns and replacements. Please note: If a vintage item is sold out, we’re unable to get the exact same piece again. However, we may receive something similar in future shipments. If you're interested, feel free to let us know - we’re happy to add you to our list and notify you if a similar piece becomes available.
