Care: All leathers must be cleaned with a dry cloth or slightly damped in natural water if necessary. Avoid hard rubbing when cleaning. To enrich the leather, use a quality leather conditioner, we recommend Pelle Revitaliser, which we sell online and in store.

We do not offer refunds for furniture purchased in-store or online, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will first attempt to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, a store credit or refund will be issued. If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs for returns and replacements.
