To care for your table, wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth or use products specifically made for hardwood. We recommend waxing the oak regularly to protect the grain, help prevent cracking, and preserve the finish over time.

You are also welcome to collect larger items in person from our store. If you choose this option, please liaise with us in advance to coordinate time frames and logistics.
We do not offer refunds for furniture purchased in-store or online, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will first attempt to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, a store credit or refund will be issued. If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs for returns and replacements.
