Crafted from reclaimed elm salvaged from Eastern European buildings, the Ismay Dining Table highlights the unique knots, grain patterns, and rich character of timber aged between 60–100 years. These natural variations define the Mulhouse Collection, celebrating authenticity and timeless craftsmanship.
As the timber settles into its new environment, minor movement or surface cracks may occur—particularly in dry or heated spaces. This is a natural quality of reclaimed wood and can be easily managed with a timber repair kit, available on request.
Knots, slight cracking, blemishes, small dents and minor colour variations are inherent characteristics of wood products. These irregularities do not impact the structural integrity of our products, and are not considered defects. Minor variations should be expected, and are part of the natural character and allure of wood products.
Please be aware that an additional freight charge applies to all large furniture pieces due to the necessity of using a specialised carrier for delivery. You are also welcome to collect larger items in person from our store. If you choose this option, please liaise with us in advance to coordinate time frames and logistics.
We do not offer refunds for furniture purchased in-store or online, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will first attempt to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, a store credit or refund will be issued. If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs for returns and replacements.
