Built on a sturdy plywood frame with a supportive base of webbing, springs, foam, feather, and fibre, it offers exceptional comfort and durability. The cushion inners are generously filled with a blend of foam, fibre, and feather, creating a snug, lived-in feel that pairs beautifully with the Dume Chair and Ottoman.

We do not offer refunds for furniture purchased in-store or online, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will first attempt to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, a store credit or refund will be issued. If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs for returns and replacements.
