Replacement covers are available and sold separately for easy refreshes over time.
Covers are dry clean only or may be hand washed/soaked. An extraction-type cleaner is also recommended. Covers are not machine washable.

You are also welcome to collect larger items in person from our store. If you choose this option, please liaise with us in advance to coordinate time frames and logistics.
We do not offer refunds for furniture purchased in-store or online, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will first attempt to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, a store credit or refund will be issued. If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs for returns and replacements.
