Care
For general cleaning wipe using a soft damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials. To protect and maintain wood, wax occasionally with a high quality clear furniture wax. Always use placemats and coasters and wipe up spills immediately.

Placing an Order
Placing an OrderThis item is available by Order Only. Once you place an order online or in-store, we will contact you with your estimated time of arrival (ETA) and confirm whether the item will be delivered via freight or collection would be made from our store once it arrives.
We will place your order with our NZ supplier, as we do not hold stock of all items at all times. Please note that backorder dates may affect delivery times, and delays can occur.
Full payment is taken at the time of placing the order.
Please Note: This is an oversized furniture piece and will incur an additional freight charge due to its size. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with a shipping quote and an estimated time of arrival (ETA) via email.

You are also welcome to collect larger items in person from our store once they arrive. Our team will contact you when your items are ready and will liaise with you to coordinate suitable collection times and logistics.
This item is available on our floor for viewing. You are welcome to view it in-store and either place an order online or liaise with our team in-store to arrange your purchase.
We do not offer refunds for furniture purchased in-store or online, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will first attempt to repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, a store credit or refund will be issued.
If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will cover all associated shipping costs for returns and replacements.
