Alert Level 2

HOMEWARES DELIVERY

Homewares orders are being fulfilled for all locations in Level 2.

Auckland may occur delays in receiving orders whilst in Level 4. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched with tracking details.  Some orders may take longer than to dispatch, and your patience is appreciated

 

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Please note our Main Furniture carrier are Auckland based and will not be operating until Level 3. This may mean your order may take longer than expected. Your patience is appreciated.

Selected furniture orders can be delivered via an alternative carrier for locations in Level 2, you will be contacted if this applies to you.

 

Please note these deliveries will be fully contactless for locations in Level 3, and our carriers will only deliver to the point of entry to your home. Given this, neither will the delivery team be able to unpack your product and remove the packaging.

 

CLICK + COLLECT

Homewares and Furniture products can be ordered for Click + Collect as normal from our Tirau store. A mask must be worn upon collection.

You will be notified when your order is ready to be collected.

 

IN-STORE

Our Tirau Stores are open at Alert Level 2 with safety measures in place.

Please wear a mask and ensure you check in.
